National Women's Conference

We cherish the memories of our fellow co-laborers in Christ that have been promoted to heaven this year. Although no national meeting will occur this year there will be a 2020 ABA annual printed.

We need your help honoring the sisters in Christ who have passed on since our meeting time last year. Our Recording Secretary, Sis. Vickie Rodgers, will be putting together a 2020 Memorials Report for the printed annual. Please send info by June 23, 2020.

If any lady from your congregation has passed away since the annual ABA meeting last year please send Sis. Vickie Rodgers the following information of the deceased:

ABA MESSENGER MEETING UPDATE:
Brethren, it is with great sadness that I announce that the Messenger Assembly of the Churches of the American Baptist Association will not meet this year in Springfield, MO.

The Corona Virus Pandemic created the caution and cancellation of this event. Bro. Edgar N. Sutton and I in consultation with the convention bureau and the hotels reached this conclusion on May 1, 2020. The hotels will refund the one night you have been charged. However, please do not call the hotels. They have an understaffing problem and will make certain everyone receives their refund.

Thank you for understanding. We hope we are able to have our meeting in 2021. We will have further announcements about this at a later date.

We ask that you continue to send in your letters so we can still have an updated directory. Please send them to the missions office. We still have salaries to pay and other expenses.
